Our Facility
Outpatient Treatment Program: Bridge House outpatient treatment program is a 4 room, 1000ft office space, located in Kealakekua in a discrete area just off the main highway.
Transitional Sober Living Program is located in Keauhou Mauka on the west side of the Hawai‘i Island. It is in a peaceful and quiet rural setting on seven acres, surrounded by agricultural lands. It is about a 15-minute drive to the community of Kailua-Kona. There are multiple garden areas and a covered nursery area on site.
The facility consists of three simple buildings – a main building with staff office space, house living area, kitchen, bathroom and meeting rooms, an additional cabin for men’s sleeping quarters, and a small cabin for Women with a kitchen and bathroom. This program can accommodate up to 15 resident adult men and women.
Bridge House is a private 501(c)3 corporation. Funding for its operation is provided by:
- The Hawaii Department of Health – Drug and Alcohol Abuse Division
- The County of Hawaii
- County of Hawai’i Office of Housing & Community Development
- The Hawaii Island United Way
- Hawai’i State Judiciary
- Private donations
